We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
You can return any new or unused item within 30 days of the date your item was shipped and we will refund the full purchase price. The item must be in new, unused condition. We cannot accept returns on custom ordered items and we do not refund shipping charges.
Please call or e-mail before returning a product to receive a return authorization.
Warranty claims are handled on a product by product basis. Some manufacturers warranty claims must be dealt with directly with the manufacturer. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Our web site allows customers to order online for in store pick up at your convenience. First time customers much establish a confirmed account before this will be authorized.
We do check to make sure all credit cards processed have addresses, phone numbers and other security protocols followed to protect you from fraud.
